Stenson won the biggest payoff in golf by winning the FedEx Cup on Sunday. He also capped off the best stretch of golf in his career. The 37 yr old took home an extra 10 million dollars for the win besides the 1.44 million for winning the season ending Tour Championship. Stenson shot -13 267 to win by 3 shots.

Tiger Woods finished a pathetic 22nd (280) at East Lake. He came into the week in first place in the FedEx Cup race and all expected him to get his third Cup Win. Tiger said afterwards that “There are some weeks that I’m just off”.  Whatever Tiger… Did the $100 bill that Stenson slipped you have anything to do with it? I think so…

Tiger didn’t leave the event empty handed though; he won a cool $3 million for finishing 2nd in the chase for the Cup. So that was a $7 million “Thank You” note Stenson sent Tiger.
